Marisa makes her feature film debut in Loch Raven. She is an extremely talent actress who has worked on the stage in New York and Los Angeles and comes to Baltimore for the first time ever to help her good friend Bernd fill the role of Rachel’s best friend, Kelly.
In 2017, after years of solely acting, Marisa became a triple threat by writing, producing and acting in the award winning short, “Open Road.”
Marisa hails from from Vallejo, CA where started acting in the 8th grade. Her first role was Rapunzel in Frumpled Fairy Tales. Her 8th grade acting class invited 5th graders from different elementary schools to come and watch the play. She won best supporting Actress from a One Act Film festival for her role in Carriers in the 8th grade. She studied at NYFA in New York and later at Carter Thor Studios in Los Angeles. She has been in Curtain Call, Chapter One and Cadillac Jacks. She has also been able to play Katherine Pinkerton in Madame Butterfly in both T.U. Theatre and Ventura Court Theatre.
